Es un estado de conflicto psicológico que padece una persona al existir un conflicto entre sus acciones y sus creencias.La disonancia cognitiva es una situación de desequilibrio, incoherencia, entre al menos dos cogniciones. La disonancia genera un estado de tensión desagradable por lo que tendemos a buscar la coherencia, la consonancia cognitiva.
